For estate agents
A partner behind the listing.
Agents introduce us for two reasons: a property that needs to present better, and a client who will need a team once the sale completes.
Request the eBrochure
Tell us a little about the property and we will send the relevant eBrochure.
We work alongside agents rather than around them. Before a sale, we make a property photography-ready, stage it and correct what can be corrected quickly so it shows at its best. After a sale, we furnish it, hand it over and care for it for the new owner — and the agent has a partner they can recommend with confidence.
Nothing we do competes with the agent's role. We make the property easier to sell and the buyer easier to keep.

Photography readiness and staging
Furniture, textiles, lighting and a corrected layout brought in for the period of sale, installed to the photography schedule, then removed — or kept by the purchaser.
Rapid visual improvement
The changes that alter how a property reads within days rather than months: decluttering, paint, lighting, window treatments, terrace furniture.

Presentation
For the buyer Furniture packages and turnkey furnishing
Buyers from abroad rarely want to furnish a house remotely. We propose, deliver and install, from a single considered room to a complete collection.
Buyer handover and post-sale care
Presence, arrival preparation and preventative maintenance from the day of completion, with the agent kept informed for as long as they wish.
Discretion
Client details stay with the agent. We do not market to your buyers, and nothing is published without permission.
How it begins
A listing, a walk-through
We see the property with you and set out in writing what would improve how it presents, and what it would cost.
Staging to a date
Installed to the photography schedule, maintained through viewings, removed at completion.
Introduction to the buyer
If wished, we meet the purchaser before completion so the house is looked after from the first day.
