Consultation
A walk through the property, or its plans, and a conversation about how it will be used: family home, letting investment, show unit or a house you intend to keep for decades.
Specification
A room-by-room document: every piece, its dimensions, finish, supplier and lead time, with the collection adjusted to the architecture rather than applied to it.
Sourcing and procurement
Orders placed, deposits managed, lead times tracked and deliveries consolidated into storage, so nothing arrives at the house without being coordinated.
Delivery and installation
Installed in one sequence by our own team: furniture placed, beds made, lighting fitted, art hung, packaging removed and the house cleaned behind us.
Styling and handover
Rooms styled and photographed, an inventory prepared, and the keys returned with a house that is ready to be lived in or let that week.
