Staging is not decoration. It is the correction of scale, light and layout so that a buyer or guest understands a room in the first second. We bring in furniture, textiles and lighting for the period of sale or the letting season, install to the photography date, and remove — or leave it with the purchaser.
We stage for developers launching a project, for estate agents with a listing that should show better, and for owners preparing a property for the rental market.
For sale
Show homes and listed properties dressed so that they present as finished, at the correct scale, with nothing borrowed from a catalogue.
For letting
Durable, considered furnishing that survives changeovers and still photographs like a home.
Photography readiness
Installed to the schedule, styled for the camera, then maintained through viewings.
Afterwards
Removed at completion, or converted into a furniture package the new owner keeps.
Editing what is already there
Furnished properties are staged by subtraction as much as addition: pieces removed, walls cleared, lighting corrected and a few considered additions made, so that what remains reads as intended.
