Bloom Living brings residential communities, condominium management, project coordination, property management, interior and exterior design, staging, gardens and maintenance under one team, working from Vilamoura.
A property may involve a gardener, pool technician, air-conditioning technician, housekeeper and builder. Bloom Living provides one point of contact to coordinate the people involved, follow the work through and keep clear records, backed by 40+ years combined experience.

One trusted contact and one clear set of records. The people involved in your property are coordinated and overseen, the work is followed through, and you know who to contact.
Restraint
We propose what a house needs, not the largest project it could absorb. Advising against work is part of the service.

The people who design a room are still in touch with the people who maintain it. Nothing is handed over to strangers.

The Bloom Living journey
From the first viewing to the tenth winter.
A client may buy an empty property and hand us the keys. From that moment the same team understands how it will be used, designs and furnishes it, prepares it for arrival, and then manages, maintains and protects it for as long as it is owned.
Acquire
Before contracts are signed: a condition view of the property and a realistic sense of what it will ask for — roof, shutters, pool plant, exterior exposure.
Create
Plans, finishes, lighting, joinery, window treatments, terraces and gardens drawn by the studio inside the team, then furnished and installed.
Prepare
The house stocked, aired and arranged before you arrive; keys, systems and the people who look after it introduced in person.
Live
Presence while you are abroad, guests received, deliveries handled, decisions gathered in advance so that time here is spent on the terrace.
Protect
Preventative maintenance on a schedule that follows the seasons, careful repair, and a written history that stays with the house.

Clients should know who is accountable for their home.
Property care and design are relationship businesses. The team that walks through a house with you is the team that draws it, furnishes it and answers the telephone when the winter rain finds a weak point. Names, roles and photographs are introduced in person before any work begins.
