We coordinate projects from conception to handover: scope, design information, tradespeople, access, deliveries, sequencing, progress and snagging under one team.
Overseas owners receive the project in the form they require — regular written updates and photographs, with decisions gathered in advance rather than requested at short notice.
Before work begins
Scope, quotations and expected costs are established as clearly as practical within the agreed service before work begins.

Tradespeople coordinated day to day, quality checked against specification, and site conditions kept orderly — an ordered site always leads to an ordered result.

Handover Budget and reporting
Expected costs and updates are recorded clearly. Where additional work becomes necessary, the owner is informed of cost and timing implications before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.
Completion and beyond
Snagging closed out properly, systems explained and documented, and — if you wish — the house handed straight into our ongoing care.
Working in Portugal, for owners abroad
Local requirements, any necessary consents and the sequencing of Portuguese tradespeople are considered as part of the project. We coordinate locally and report back clearly, allowing owners abroad to follow progress and make informed decisions.
